Beautiful independent villa with private swimming-pool situated on the hills among Volterra, San Gimignano and Pisa. This property has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features and provides all modern comforts. The garden surrounding the villa is well-kept and offers a nice swimming-pool with Jacuzzi area to relax and enjoy the peace of the Tuscan countryside. The location is ideal to visit some of the most charming towns in Tuscany like Pisa, Lucca, San Gimginano as well as the coastline.
At guests disposal: large furnished garden (5000 square meters) with beautiful private and fenced swimming-pool (15 x 5 – maximum depth 1,5 m) providing an area for children (maximum depth 40 cm) and Jacuzzi, playground for children (ping-pong, swing), nice wrought-iron gazebo with sofas, small rustic-style outbuilding providing kitchen facilities and barbecue. This villa is provided with air-conditioning, satellite TV, hair-dryer, internet connection (WI - FI), safe.
This villa is provided with air-conditioning / heating in all rooms (floor heating and cooling system).
Distances: the villages of Montelopio 1 km, Fabbrica with all kinds of shops 4 km away, an excellent restaurant offering nice recipes of the Tuscan tradition is approx. 800 m away, Volterra 25 km, Pontedera (with nice shopping facilities) 23 km away, Casciana Terme (with spas) 25 km, San Gimignano 30 km, Pisa (airport) 50 km, Livorno (seaside) 50 km away, Florence (airport) and Lucca approx. 65 km away, Siena approx. 70 km. The coastline with large equipped beaches is in a 45-minute drive.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: Maid service available by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour). Upon request it is possible to arrange Tuscan dinners, cooking classes, guided tours.
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge.

Eiendommen hadde perfekt beliggenhet for å utforske Toscana. Hyggelig vertskap, som tok seg godt av oss. Flott eiendom med alle fasiliteter. Eneste negative, var at kostnaden til strøm som kom i tillegg, burde vært en del av leieprisen.

Villa fantastica, ampi e gradevolissimi spazi esterni ed interni (persino più belli di come appaiono nelle fotografie). Ciò che rende ancora più indimenticabile il soggiorno però non si vede in foto: oltre a pulizia impeccabile, attrezzatura in dotazione assolutamente completa, cura di ogni dettaglio, meritano una menzione speciale la grandissima disponibilità e la simpatia del proprietario, Francesco, e la premura, il calore, le attenzioni per gli ospiti, davvero unici, della Signora che coordina il personale delle pulizie e che si occupa personalmente della cura degli spazi esterni. 5 stelle e lode!

A superb base for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, situated near the gorgeous city of Volterra. Thoroughly recommended for those wanting a total break from the noise and stress of urban life!

My family recently stayed at the Villa and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! The house is very nice, with a private swimming pool/yard. There is a fantastic restaurant nearby, and the overall experience was simply outstanding. The Villa is very secluded and you really feel like you are in the middle of Tuscany. Just enjoyed our visit very much and will plan on coming back in the future.

Ausgesprochen schöne Villa, modern und doch typisch! Der Garten mit Barbecue und Schwimmbad war natürlich das Highlight für uns. Man braucht nicht lange zu fahren um gute kleine Restaurants mit hervorragenden Speisen zu finden. Man kann das Haus fabelhaft als Ausgangspunkt nehmen eigentlich um die ganze Toskana zu erkunden. Die Landschaft ist, wie überall in der Toskana, umwerfend schön! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

We were greeted by the owner and made to feel so welcome in this fantastic villa. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and very relaxed in this stylish and well appointed property. We were close to all amenities, including the airport, beautiful beaches, supermarkets, great tavernas. We would highly recommend it.

Es hat einfach alles gestimmt in dieser Villa. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, der Garten ist fantastisch, wir haben uns frei von allen Zwängen und sehr behaglich gefühlt . Wir waren mit unseren besten Freunden hier um Geburtstag zu feiern: besser hatten wir es nicht antreffen können !

Die Villa samt Umschwung entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Ausschreibung. In absolut ruhiger Umgebung, ziemlich weitab der nächsten (grösseren) Orte, mitten in der Toskana, umgeben von genau dem, was diese wunderschöne Gegend Italiens (neben all den spannenden Städten) ausmacht.

We were a party of 8 (four couples) and this Villa was fantastic!! It exceeded our expectations. The photos represent the villa perfectly. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Appliances worked very well. We loved sitting out by the pool in the evening. The owners were very welcoming and made sure that we had everything that we needed. They were very helpful and arranged a wonderful dinner for us at a local restaurant. It was situated very well for day trips to Pisa, Firenze, Volterra, San Gimi, Sienna etc. Save time to enjoy this property though!!
