Abbiamo avuto il piacere di trascorrere una settimana di vacanza in questa splendida casa in Toscana, e dobbiamo dire che è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. Situata in una posizione unica, offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sul Lago di Massaciuccoli. Fare colazione sulla terrazza con l'impagabile vista e cenare ammirando il tramonto sul mare sono esperienze uniche. La posizione è ideale sia per esplorare l’entroterra toscano che la costa, potendo sperimentare sia il relax che l’avventura. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli e perfettamente integrata nel paesaggio circostante. Le camere sono luminose e arredate con un gusto che combina lo stile rustico toscano con tocchi di modernità. Cristiana e la mamma Vanda sono ospiti impareggiabili e discrete. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere una vacanza da sogno in Toscana.

Bellissima struttura in collina con un panorama fantastico su tutta la costa Toscana da Livorno fino La Spezia. Tutte le comodità; piscina ben curata e non senti il bisogna di andare altrove! Una settimana di total relax con tutta la famiglia. Amorevole disponibilità e discrezione da parte delle proprietarie Sig.ra Cristiana e Sig.ra Wanda che all'arrivo hanno anche offerto un buonissimo dolce tiramisù ed una bottiglia di Pinot. Cos'altro dire, ANDATECI e non vi pentirete!!

What a great week! Everything is perfect is this house : the stunning view, the deckchairs in the shade of the parasols, the pergola for aperitifs (or siestas!), the gentle breeze that makes the Tuscan air pleasant, the decoration and furnishings of the house... and if you hesitate because of the proximity of the owners, no worries, discretion and above all lots of great advice and help to make your stay unforgettable! In short, if you want the hustle and bustle and the city close by, go elsewhere, for everything else come here! We'll be back with pleasure!

Cristiana's stay was breathtaking in every way. The friendliness of the hostess, the detail of the interior and exterior, the view of the hills and the sea. Worth every penny spent. I wish there were more hosts like this. We look forward to seeing you again :-)

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool in wunderschöner Lage, einzig die Zufahrt ist mit einem großen Auto sehr eng! Die Gastgeberin Cristiana ist sehr freundlich und bemüht und steht mit Informationen wie Ausflüge oder Restaurants zur Seite! Wir wurden mit Prosecco und Tiramisu empfangen!

Dalla prenotazione avvenuta mesi fa, alla comunicazione nel mezzo fino al soggiorno effettivo, tutto è stato gestito con professionalità e perfezione. La villetta è davvero uno splendore e la locazione ottima. Servizi impeccabili e ospitalità invidiabile. Tutto ottimo!

It was a Tuscan dream. A beautiful house. furnished with great attention to detail. extremely nice and warm hostesses. Despite the bad weather, we didn't miss anything. There were lots of great excursion and restaurant tips. you have a sensational view. in any weather. Supermarket, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, beach can be easily reached in a short time. Pool and hot tub were clean and usable at any time. we felt very, very comfortable.

The villa is a recommendation for all who want to combine the beauty of the Tuscan nature, wellness and relaxed vacations apart from the crowded tourist spots while at the same time it is near all the must see places in Tuscany. We can only recommend this place to everyone looking for great holidays in Italy.The host was very kind and immensely helpful before und during our stay. Everything was super easy and uncomplicated.

Wir verbrachten hier 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem liebevoll eingerichtetem und gepflegtem Haus. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von unserer Gastgeberin herzlich empfangen und im Kühlschrank standen ein leckerer Prosecco und hausgemachte Tiramisu von Mama Wanda.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses war perfekt, alles Nötige war vorhanden um sich hier wie Zuhause zu fühlen. Die Außenanlagen ein Traum, egal ob der Freisitz oberhalb des Hauses, der Tisch am Pool und auf der Terrasse. Jeder Platz hatte seinen Charme und war mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Die Sonnenuntergänge ein Traum.
Die Poollandschaft und die Außenanlagen wurden jeden Tag von unserer guten Fee Cristiana perfekt gepflegt. Hier sollte es allerdings Sonnenschirme geben um nicht der Sonne völlig ohne Schutz ausgesetzt zu sein. Aber das ist wirklich nur ein kleiner Schönheitsfehler.
Tipps und Unterstützung von der Gastgeberin gab es ausreichend und wir konnten uns darauf konzentrieren die Angebote zu besichtigen und alles zu genießen. So einen Service hatten wir noch nie.

We have spent an unforgettable week at Casarosa.
Staying in this environment - a house decorated with many thoughtfully chosen details, wonderfully decorated with flowers and plants, a beautiful swimming pool, a breathtaking view spreading from this place and the great kindness towards us by the owner of the property Cristiana and her mother Vanda was a real pleasure.
We had a great time here.
We dream of coming back here someday.

È stata una vacanza stupenda. La location è meravigliosa e Cristiana e la mamma Vanda persone accoglienti e molto gentili. La villa è dotata di tutti i comfort. Una vista mozzafiato e quando arrivi sei in paradiso. P.S. nel frigorifero abbiamo trovato una bella sorpresa: il tiramisù della Vanda, eccezionale.

A fabulous place with a spectacular ocean view. It is really stunning. A beautiful garden. The house is elegant decorated and feels both luxury and cosy. The landlord is helpful and made the stay even better with the extra service and good travel advice

Questa settimana di vacanza presso la Casarosa di Mariasole doveva essere una vacanza speciale, perché era l’occasione, oltre al Natale, di riunire la nostra famiglia che studia e lavora in 4 città diverse. Le aspettative erano altissime, ma appena arrivati abbiamo subito capito che eravamo nel posto giusto: la vista mozzafiato, dalla torre di Pisa a Porto Venere con tramonti commoventi.
Il giardino, di piante, fiori, piscina, pini marittimi, Dehors e prato che lasciano trasparire la cura, l’attenzione e la capacità di chi li gestisce.
La casa, un’armonia di dettagli fatta di arredi, libri e strutture splendenti per stile, ordine e pulizia.
E per concludere ci sono Cristiana e Vanda che ci hanno accolto e coccolato con discrezione e cura.
