Villa Melitti är et vackert semesterhus med privat pool endast 1,5 km från havet, på den sydvästra delen av den grekiska ön Korfu.
Interiören erbjuder alla bekvämligheter för en lugn och bekväm vistelse. Villa Melitti har två våningar och 4 sovrum för upp till 8 personer, vilket gör den idealisk för en semester med storfamiljen eller en grupp vänner.
På tomten finns en trädgård och en härlig pool med ett solområde utrustat med parasoller och solstolar för att njuta av soliga dagar på Korfu.
Bara några meter från “Villa Melitti” ligger “Villa Carreta” (båda har trädgård och privat pool). De två villorna kan hyras tillsammans för att rymma en familj eller en grupp vänner.
I den närliggande staden Agios Mattheos hittar du tavernor och matbutiker. Inom en radie av 2 km finns de vackra stränderna Alonaki och Chalikounas (eller Halikounas), en förtrollande sträcka av gyllene sand som skiljer Korission-lagunen från havet och är mycket populär bland surfare och kitesurfare tack vare vindförhållandena.
Historiälskare: notera att den bysantinska fästningen Gardiki ligger endast några kilometer bort.

The villa was great. The downstairs is modern with lots of space to relax in. The pool and garden were lovely, so peaceful. The cleaners were so lovely and came in 3 times during our 2 week stay.
You definitely need a car for the duration of your stay as the villa in order to explore the island, visit restaurants and to get to the nearest supermarket. The property owner was very helpful and responsive once we had their contact details and if we had any questions they were very quick to deal with them. So no issues there.

Our experience was unforgettable: the villa offered everything you could wish for a summer holiday with family and friends. The pool is big enough for fun and the barbecue is in a very strategic spot. The entire accommodation was very comfortable. We had small children with us and had no difficulties in the villa. The garden area is huge, the grass fresh and green, but don’t walk barefoot because there are some prickly surprises here and there. A ping-pong table (we managed to move it easily to a more convenient spot) was a wonderful extra. The kitchen and facilities are of good quality, TV and air conditioning in every room. The staff was very welcoming, kind, understanding, and responsive! And of course, the bathroom was spotless. The nearest beach was Alonaki, reachable by car, and it was empty until 10:30 (for those who go to the beach early). The nearby restaurant also boasted a wonderful view (Alon Bay).Beautiful villa! I highly recommend it to families or to people looking for a bit of privacy. For your information: rent a car.

The villa is excellent, clean, large pool, quiet, there are small things that are broken, some sun loungers, in the bathroom, but nothing that spoils the charm of the place. The interaction with the staff was extraordinary, as was the lady who takes care of the garden and the guys who take care of the pool, we stayed for 10 days, maybe it would be an idea to change the towels at least 2 times per stay

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Melitti and would not hesitate to return. From the very first moment, the property exceeded our expectations in every way. The villa itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well equipped — everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday with the family. The private pool was an absolute highlight, perfect for unwinding under the Corfu sun, and the outdoor area with the garden, sun loungers and dining space made it feel like a real home away from home. The location in Chalikounas is simply stunning. With the gorgeous beaches of Alonaki and Chalikounas just minutes away, and the magical Korission Lagoon nearby, we were spoiled for choice every day. But what truly made this stay special was Elena and her family. They were warm, attentive and genuinely helpful at every turn — always available whenever we needed anything, with a kindness and care that made such a difference.

The villa is on a large, private, quiet and secure plot and matches the description and images in the listing. It was easy to communicate with the host’s representative who was courteous and helpful. The area is away from the hustle and bustle elsewhere on the island but it’s only a 10 minutes walk to coast-side restaurant. Overall we had a fantastic 4 days and wholeheartedly recommend.
