Villa Elmi is a scenic luxury villa in the Chianti hills just a few kilometers from San Gimignano.
The modern villa offers 6 bedrooms and all amenities to accommodate up to 12 people.
On the grounds, guests will enjoy a lovely, well tended garden that looks out on the Tuscan hills and medieval towers of the historical city of San Gimignano. There is a private pool (heatable for a fee) with sun loungers and umbrellas, and an outdoor dining area. It all makes Villa Elmi perfect for a relaxing, fun vacation in the Chianti countryside!
This area is world famous for its culinary and cultural traditions. The house is a perfect base for exploring the Chianti’s and Tuscany’s charming villages and art cities such as Certaldo, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence and Siena.
At guests’ disposal: 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms; 12 people; private pool (14 x 5 meters; depth: minimum depth 0,20 meters - maximum depth 1,40 meters), can be heated up to about 28-30°C (for a fee); patio with panoramic views and dining area with table and chairs; sunbathing area; private garden; barbecue and pizza oven; wellness room with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi ; air conditioning; Wifi internet; electric vehicle charging station (pay per use); parking; marvelous panoramic views of San Gimignano
