Beau logement rustique dans un cadre splendide.
J'enlève une étoile car le logement pourrait être mieux équipé (cuisine peu équipée, manque d'éclairage, ...).

The place was very nice and in a great location. The villa had AC in the bedroom, which was great, and it has the charm you’d expect from an old villa. That said, the bathroom (especially the showers) could use a little renovation. The restaurant on-site was really good, and the staff at check-in were very nice and welcoming. The castle was beautiful! A couple of small downsides: I thought the washer was in the unit, but it wasn’t, and the living and dining areas could use a bit more lighting. Overall, I’d still recommend the experience, it was enjoyable!

The castle and surrounding area are stunning with breath-taking views and sunsets. The villa was lovely, if not a little rustic, but it was what we expected from the photos.

Wir haben in einem Nebenhaus des Castellos gewohnt, schönes rustikales Mobiliar und Ausstattung. Klimaanlage, Küche mit guter Ausstattung, Parkplatz direkt davor. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, und das Restaurant im Castello hat sehr gute Küche. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, 30 Autominuten von Florenz entfernt, San Gimignano, Volterra und Siena alle innerhalb einer Autostunde.

Great staying a Villa Osbert, during New Eve's holidays with the family. The villa easily hosts up to 8 people and has plenty of space to relax in front of the fireplace with a glass of Chianti. Strategically positioned and clean, it needs some renewals for the bathroom and the kitchen, to offer a full equipment and more comfort. Personnel was very helpful during the visit, replacing missing items and answering any questions we had. Remote checkout available, with no surprise.

The house was nice although we missed general items (scissors to open groceries, salt, pepper, olive oil). The downstairs bedroom did not have curtains against the light, this was not nice in the early mornings.

More beds by the pool and beds with back support to read a book more sitting would be appreciated.

The area is lovely and the staff super friendly. With the house and pool area with a bit more comfort we would definitely consider coming back.

This place was amazing! We stayed 3 nights and truly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The location is great and the property was absolutely gorgeous! There are several cute towns nearby to grab groceries, meals or a coffee. There were also several wineries nearby. You definitely will want to rent a car as taxi's to this area can be very expensive, but it's well worth it!

Beautiful place for families and we’ll furnished. The swimming pool was just epic for the kids to enjoy after a long day of hiking. Staff is really friendly and provided us with great suggestions and tips. Make sure to bring your groceries for breakfast and lunch as the restaurant only opens for dinner. Nice restaurant though! We’ll definitely book this place again.

La villa était incroyable, grande et très adaptée à notre week-end entre amis. La décoration est rustique mais tout à fait dans le style du château.
Seuls inconvénients :
- le débit d'eau dans les douches est vraiment faible. Nous ne pouvions pas utiliser simultanément les douches sinon, avions un filet d'eau inexploitable pour se laver les cheveux par exemple.
- les moustiques !!!! De vrais tueurs dans les chambres du haut ! Ils se sont régalés !

En dehors de ça nous avons passé un incroyable moment ! Les professionnels (réceptionnistes, employés du restaurant etc.) étaient extrêmement serviables !

Le domaine est d'une incroyable beauté !

Really enjoyed our stay: accommodated 8 comfortably, beautiful setting in historic property, delightful and helpful staff, good restaurant on property (dinner only), great pool, driving distance to a number of known sites. Other restaurants and grocery store a short driving distance. Things to consider: need a car if taking day trips, can hear most every movement inside (stairs, doors, common areas), dim lighting, couldn't get microwave to work. Overall, definitely worth the stay!

This location was really beautiful for our two families with together 4 kids. The staff is really friendly and polite. The restaurant located in the castle is really worth a visit!

As always for such rented homes - if you really plan to cook - take at least some good knifes, a good pan and maybe a water boiler with you - the rest is available.

We had a super time in Montegufoni - Villa Osbert with our extended family for a superb wedding weekend. The wall to wall sunshine and swimming pool were a real bonus.
The castle was magical by day and by night. The history of the castle is fascinating. We were very well looked after by staff the worked quietly in the background. Fabulous views at every turn.
The only downside was in our villa itself. Any negatives we have are all about the kitchen in our villa. A welcome pack of water, milk, tea/coffee to get us started would have been much appreciated. Also some washing up liquid or 2 dishwasher tablets would have made the stay more enjoyable. The sockets in the kitchen don't work. The microwave and toaster had to be moved to the floor in the main room. A dish cloth and more than one tea towel would be great please. The toaster in our villa needs to be replaced. Some light bulbs are also needed.
On the whole we did have a fantastic time and have been busy singing your praises to anyone who wants to listen.

Une très belle surprise, le château est magnifique avec un parc entretenu permettant une jolie balade plongée dans l’histoire…
Nous avons pu rencontrer et échanger avec le propriétaire dont la passion pour le lieu et son histoire est évidente : un moment de partage qui fut un vrai cadeau !
Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de 4 chambres à quelques pas du château et qui est bien agréable. Elle dispose notamment d’une cheminée que nous avons pu allumer (le bois était fourni) pour le plaisir de tous.
A présent, nous avons hâte de revenir et de découvrir les appartements du château…
La Toscane est un petit bijou d’histoire, de paysages, d’accueil et de gourmandise… dont il est difficile de se lasser !

Das Ambiente mit dem Schloss war wirklich sehr schön, die Unterkunft selbst hätte noch besser instandgehalten und ausgestattet sein können.

With young children (ages 2 and 4) we had to be particularly careful that they didn’t hurt themselves or the contents of the villa.

The unit we stayed in was beautiful and spacious. The people who were in the office were helpful and courteous. The food was delicious and everyone very friendly. Having a pool with that incredible view was quite a treat in the summer heat. There were many fans to combat the heat (though a few more wouldn't hurt).

We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the Castle and our Villa Accioli provided all the space and facilities needed for our guests. The Restaurant was also superb and we enjoyed every meal there.

Castle is in beautiful setting with stunning views. It was a pleasure to revisit for the third time such a historic building.

Beautiful spot - everything was as expected and the hospitality was outstanding. Location is perfect for touring around the Florence area.

Lovely location, plenty of parking, near to Florence, within reasonable drive of Pisa. Good restaurant.
