Villa La Plage is a fabulous seaside property overlooking the renowned beach of Fontane Bianche, one of the most popular seaside resorts on the eastern coast of Sicily.
Surrounded by a well tended garden, this exclusive villa offers wide, panoramic terraces, a dining area with outdoor kitchen and a private access to the beautiful beach of fine sand.
Recently built, La Plage is characterized by its modern architecture and large indoor and outdoor spaces.
All rooms have air conditioning. Moreover Sicily's most beautiful south-eastern towns are only a few kilometres away from the villa, such as Syracuse, the baroque towns of the Val di Noto and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile, but also Taormina and the Mount Etna.
For stays longer than one week, on the first Saturday after your arrival we offer 4 hours of housekeeping service in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens.

Een aanbetaling van 25% van het totale huurbedrag is verschuldigd op het moment dat de boeking wordt bevestigd en kan niet worden gerestitueerd. Het resterende bedrag moet uiterlijk 75 dagen voor aankomst worden betaald. Voor boekingen die minder dan 75 dagen voor aankomst worden bevestigd, is het volledige huurbedrag verschuldigd bij bevestiging.

This is a lovely villa with plenty of space and pretty gardens right on the beach.
The double beds in 2 of the rooms upstairs are not really double, bit small for 2 people.
Kitchen has plenty of equipment but needs a toaster.
The lady who met us was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic villa, situated in wonderful gardens with direct access to the beach. A true little paradise. Highly recommended! We will return!
