Description
Villa with private pool about 400 meters from the sea in Punta Ala, Tuscany. It can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The large private garden is completely enclosed and offers a pool exclusively for guests. Outside there are two loggias with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Next to the villa is the exclusive BULGARI equestrian center with a polo field and riding for adults and children. The splendid golf club with 18-holes and clubhouse is about a 5 minute drive away.
At the disposal of Villa Dolce Vita guests: air conditioning and screens in all bedrooms; private pool (16 x 4 meters; minimum depth 1,40 m – maximum depth: 1,80 m); outdoor sofas and seating; large 2300 m2 park that is completely enclosed; furnished outdoor dining area with tables and chairs; large 300 m2 sun deck that spans the entire area of the house, for enjoying the sun in total privacy; ping pong table; 3 bicycles; barbecue; 3 reserved parking spaces, 2 of which are covered.
Distances: Gualdo shopping center with restaurants, banks, post office, supermarkets, pharmacies and medical clinic is about 800 m from the villa, Castiglione della Pescaia 16 km, Follonica 16 km, Piombino 46 km (ferries for Elba Island), Talamone 70 km, Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole 85 km, Rome airport 215 km, Pisa 135 km.
The harbor area with additional shops and boat rental is about a 5 minute drive.
The seaside and beaches, both with and without facilities, restaurants and amenities, are just a 400 meter walk from the villa.

Villa degli anni ‘90 che conserva un grande fascino, arredata con grande gusto ed eleganza. Migliorabile la manutenzione della piscina, in modo particolare il rivestimento interno che si presenta ammalorato. Giardino ben tenuto così come l’interno della casa, curato in tutto (forse un po’ troppe lampadine fulminate). Posizione strategica a pochi minuti di passeggiata dal mare e da supermercato/panificio. Le persone di riferimento sul posto, Beatrice e Simona, sono estremamente cordiali e disponibili così come tutto lo staff di Posarelli, eccellenti professionisti.
Ci torneremo senza alcun dubbio!

1 week gehuurd. Heel goed ontvangst door de hostess Beatrice. Ook snelle reactie bij vragen.
Heerlijke week gehad. Huis mooi maar er moeten wel wat dingen worden gedaan om te zorgen voor de luxe uitstraling. Keuken klein maar compleet.
Prima slaapkamers met airco.
Ligging: vlak bij strand.
Tuin : heel goed onderhouden met een heerlijk zwembad.
