Ground floor: entrance into dining area with kitchenette (oven, fridge-freezer, toaster) and outside access, bathroom with shower (no bidet) and outside access, second dining area and living room (TV) with fireplace and outside access onto furnished pergola with table and chairs and stone barbecue.
First floor: twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, double bedroom (accessible also from outside).
Second floor: bathroom with shower (no bidet). Certain areas of this floor of the building have a low ceiling of 1.5m.

Casa dei Pini
Ground floor: entrance into living room (TV) with fireplace and dining area, kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, mini electric oven) and access to outside, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
First floor: double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, bedroom with French bed (suitable size for two children or one adult), bathroom with bathtub, twin bedroom.
