Description
Large farmhouse with private pool near Cetona, Tuscany with splendid 360° views of the countryside. The house has original details like large fireplaces, terra cotta floors and wooden-beamed ceilings.
The property is perfect for large groups wishing to spend a vacation all together without sacrificing any privacy: Palazzo Bello is divided into 4 apartments and offers a total of 10 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 20 people. On the first floor there is a large hall where the entire group can gather and eat all together. There is also a large outdoor veranda that can accommodate guests outside.
The location is very calm and secluded. A short distance away you’ll find the spectacular Val d’Orcia (Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino) and famous art cities like Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Montepulciano, Orvieto, Todi, Perugia, and Arezzo.
Access to the property is via 1,3 km of unpaved road in good condition.
At guests’ disposal: large, private furnished outdoor spaces; private pool (14 x 7 meters; depth: 1,50 meters); 4 apartments, for a total of 10 bedrooms (20 people); air conditioning in the 10 bedrooms; Wifi internet; panoramic views and tranquil location; barbecue and wood-burning oven; parking.

The villa is beautifully situated and very suitable for several families. The garden and pool are very well maintained. We were 13 people and had more than enough space. We enjoyed the opportunity to hire a cook and waiters. Communication was very pleasant and minor issues were resolved effectively.

Property is stunning with beautiful views and pool. We had two families who had taken the property and doesn't work with two families and is designed for a big group as the dowbstairs apartments C doesnt have all the amenities you need like toaster, coffee maker and microwave. It is not a property designed for two families but would be good for one big group. The aircon in apartment B didn't didn't work which made it unusable. The property needs basic thibgs like bin liners, oven gloves, kettle etc. It also neefs fans in ghe livibg kitchen area due to the extreme heat. The host Beatrice was very helpful and is a brilliant host and came around to sort any issues. She also made a dinner reservation for us at a very nice place called Locunda whih was a great restaurant!! Thanks Beatrice for making our stay great!!
