SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

We spent wonderful 3 weeks in Villa Gelsomina. Everything was as pictured in the photographs and it was very clean and beautifully furnished. Fabio and his brother were very helpful and encouraging. We will come back!
