This recently restored villa is the ideal retreat for those looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Situated in a quiet residential area, it is just a few minutes’ drive away from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach of Marausa Lido.
Surrounded by a lovely garden with lawn, ornamental and aromatic plants, Pietra del Sole offers a large saltwater infinity pool (chlorine-free) together with a Turkish bath and a bathroom with shower, a veranda equipped with a dining area and an external kitchen.
Consisting of a main building and two annexes, the villa boasts large, comfortable rooms furnished in a refined contemporary style equipped with all mod cons. The main house includes the living area and three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom. The two annexes house the fourth and fifth bedroom, both with en-suite bathroom.
Villa Pietra del Sole is also an excellent base for all nature and sports lovers, who can enjoy trekking, birdwatching and follow the biking trails of the close Salt Pans nature reserve, but also can visit the Salt Museum, Erice, Trapani, Marsala, the Egadi islands (connections from Trapani and Marsala), the Zingaro nature reserve and the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

Wow! This was an exceptionally beautiful and well maintained villa, and the owners hospitality was top class. We could not fault any part of it. The outside kitchen was absolutely perfect for our large family meals and allowed for everyone to be involved in preparations. The pool area, including gym and Turkish bath, was out of this world and a perfect place to enjoy peaceful lounging or pool fun!
We have every intention of visiting again and have already recommended it to 2 families. Suggestion: Definitely a boat trip with Peppe and Francesca, a home chef (Giuseppe can arrange this), a visit to Trapani at night with its beautiful Main street lit up - there are so many wonderful restaurants and a visit to Erice by cable car - such a beautiful hilltop town.

The house was perfect in every way! Since we travelled as a large group it was nice to have the two separate one bedroom buildings. The town Marausa is a short walk with a grocery store, vegetable store, butcher, fish monger, bakery and a cafe for breakfast and the icecream stroll in the evening.

The place is a little paradise on the Island. The separate rooms in the garden are ideal if you're travelling with a larger group of people. There is so much space and the finishing and attention to detail is top. Add to that the great hospitality and services from the owners and you have the perfect place to stay!
