SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

La Villa è bella, ma sembra un po’ lasciata andare. Ci sono diverse cose che, a nostro avviso, non sono in linea con gli oltre 12.000 € per 2 settimane. Riteniamo che Anche il contesto intorno alla Villa non fosse all’altezza. Abbiamo contattato la proprietà ed è sempre stata gentile.
