Villa Morandi

A lovely villa split into two units with both entrance doors opening on to a covered patio. We were a group of 12 in 3 families aged from 2 - 70. The arrangement of the house suited us well. There is a restaurant 500m down the shared private drive that was brilliant.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Tout s'est passé à merveille, depuis la réservation avec l'équipe de POSARELLI qui a toujours répondu rapidement et en français à nos questions, jusqu'à notre arrivée et rencontre avec la propriétaire, notre séjour où Patrizia nous a répondu chaque fois que nous avions une question ou un problème et nous a conseillés utilement durant notre séjour, et à notre départ où tout s'est bien passé. Un regret : que le départ soit si tôt, avant 10h, l'idéal ayant été au moins 12h afin que nous puissions profiter de la matinée. La maison est parfaite pour un groupe de 12 personnes, chacun ayant son indépendance avec ses utilités. La piscine est super en hauteur avec un espace de jeu sur l'herbe. Et quant à la région, nul n'est besoin d'en faire la publicité !

Ottimo weekend in piena tranquillità. Barbara, la proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gentilissima.

Nice villa, near Arrezzo and 1hr from Florence and Sienne.
Good beds , separate appartements for several families. Very nice swimming pool.
Everything is clean.
The interior needs to be refreshed
The house is adjoining and the neighbour has dogs that bark a lot, especially at night

Great house with sleeping rooms with fans, enough bathrooms. Perfect for 3 families with different areas. Big garden, nice patio and good swimmingpool. Pool was very cold, which was a good thing and was cleaned every night. Sometimes the dogs from the owner were barking at night, but they got used to us. Very nice owner, speaks only italian.

Lovely villa and close to where our friends were getting married.
The staff were super helpful and lovely!
Only thing I’d say was it was hard with the language barrier as they couldn’t speak any English at all. We used google translate.
Also they tried to charge us for the use of a cot, however I was trying to explain this was included in the rental price.

We were generally very pleased with our stay at Villa Morandi this month. We were family, 14 people altogether with grown ups and children, who rented the villa for one week. The house was ideal for our needs, included the swimming pool. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful, and responded very quickly to solve the couple of minor problems we asked her about. We spent most of the time at the villa and the neighbouring area which we also liked. All in all, staying at Villa Morandi lived up to our expectations.

Nous avons passé un très bon long séjour dans cette belle maison. Elle est conforme à ce qui est présenté.
La propriétaire Barbara a été très aimable et réactive pour toute question ou problème.
Tous nos amis ont été ravis de l'espace disponible, de la très bonne literie et de la piscine très agréable.
Je recommande à tous la Villa Morandi !

This villa is well situated with close access to many local towns Florence, Arezzo, Cortona, Chianti, Val D'Orcia region. It is suitable for up to 3 families travelling together as it is separated into three units, each with own kitchen and living room for own privacy. There is a large table outside for eating together. The Host Barbara is very nice.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison. Très confortable, spacieuse, nous étions 11 personnes et chacun pouvait trouver son coin pour se reposer. elle est très bien située pour visiter Florence à 50mm, Arezzo 30mm, sienne et la vallée du Chianti. Le village de Loro Cuiffena est à 4km et l'on trouve ce qu'il faut chez les petits commerçants très agréables. Barbara nous a très bien reçue et c'est une personne adorable !! Malgré la difficulté de la langue, nous nous sommes bien compris, elle est à votre disposition s'il y a un quelconque problème. La propriété est très bien entretenue, rien à dire ! Cette maison est faite pour passer de très bonnes vacances ! Baci Baci Barbara ! A presto !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa Morandi ! Barabara est une hotesse très accueillante malgré la difficulté de la langue ! Pour celles et ceux qui restent habitués à un traditionnel petit déjeuner il vous manquera des bols et une grande cafetière ! Sinon les chambres sont très confortables et le lieu est paisible !! Que de bons souvenirs !!

What a magnificent house and property! The owner greeted us very well and even though she could not speak English she had a great app that translated what she way saying. The house itself was very well decorated and well equipped in the kitchen. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and we enjoyed the outdoor BBQ area. it was very easy to get groceries from Coop which was about 6km away. The owner also showed us her fields and got us some fresh tomatoes every morning. The house itself was very comfortable and I will highly recommend it. We had a car that we rented and did day trips to Pisa, Gereve, Sienna, San Gemignano and Florence
