La maison était vraiment bien dommage que la piscine n est en plein soleil dès le matin car c était le cas elle aurait été chaude mais cela n est pas un point négatif pas de lave vaisselle et pas de moustiquaire dans toute les pièces ce qui important pour moi mais la maison est au top super beau panorama

A wonderful villa with a friendly and welcoming host. You’ll need a car to reach and explore the area, but it’s more than worth it for this beautiful property.

Nous avons séjournés à 8 dans cette belle villa qui offre beaucoup d'espace, une belle piscine et une vue magnifique. Les hôtes, Laura et son mari, ont été très accueillants, ils nettoyaient le jardin et la piscine tous les matins en toute discrétion. C'était un très bon point d'attache pour visiter la Toscane et en même temps profiter du farniente qu'offre la villa. La maison était impeccable à notre arrivée et nous n'avons manqué de rien.

Alles top, Küche dürfte erneuert werden. Ein Paradies zum ausspannen. Immer wieder

La casa è come da descrizione, pulita, nuova, ben arredata, ci siamo stati in 10 comodamente. Vicina (1h) dalle grandi città turistiche della Toscana.

Wonderful and comfortable house. Ideal for a vacation in the Casentino Valley. We really appreciated it.

Io e il mio gruppo di amici abbiamo passato una settimana tranquilla nella casa di Pratovecchio. L’host è stata molto disponibile. La casa è molto spaziosa e ha tutto il necessario

Very nice big house, good hosts. Laura was always avalible as she lives in a neighbour house. Nice small Italien city. Enough parking for two cars

Fastigheten är riktigt bra. Stora rum och två av badrummen var nyrenoverade.
Bra läge med kort promenad till restauranger och kaféer.
Sängarna var obekväma.
Köket var dåligt utrustat. Bara tre vinglas!(?) och dåliga knivar.

The house is great and spacious and especially the outside area is very nice and well looked after. Pool a bit cold beginning of july. The wifi was not working during the evenings most of the time. Also the kitchen was lacking dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen could have been better stocked with knives, utensils etc. Pots and pans very old and overall not a fun kitchen to cook in. The two bedrooms on the top level got very warm and no mosquito net so could not open the windows. Many wasps around the pool, we had one child and one adult that got stung during our week. Area is lovely, especially Stia. Very quiet and amazing views from the house.

Sehr nette und liebevolle Vermieter.Tolles Ferienhaus. Die Fotos auf dem Portal stimmen zu 100Prozent überein. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Das Ferienhaus ist genauso wie beschrieben. Vermieter sehr nett. Pool wird Tip Top gereinigt und ist auch angenehm Kühl mit 26°C. Bis Florenz, Siena oder Arezzo(sehr empfehlenswert) braucht man ne gute Autostunde. Am Haus und Drumherum bekommt man auch seine Ruhe wenn man das möchte...Zusammenfassend sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.

The villa was big and cosy. Pratovecchio is small village with one bigger supermarket. It is fine when you want to stay in and enjoy house with pool. But if you want to travel to Firence, Siena and other turistic places it is a bit problem because there are lots of curves on the road. It is worth to see Poppi - beautiful village nearby. Kitchen was big and quite good equipped but there were missing microwave and dishwasher. We had to wait very long time till warm water began to flow. We used only two bedrooms, beds were not very comfortable. We had privacy even though there was living owner´s friend on the ground floor (he had his own entrance and we met only once).Villa was quite clean. The wifi did not work all the time. Pool area was nice and clean, unfortunately first days of our stay the pool was very cold but later it was great. The owner cleaned the pool every morning.Bathroom Quality Everything worked well, just the equipment needs update.The owner was very helpful, we met her every day in a morning. If we needed something she always helped.

A beautiful and clean house with a beautiful pool in a beautiful part of Tuscany and friendly owners who left you in peace.

Spectacular location for an off the beaten track break in the heart of Tuscany.

The villa looks impressive from the outside, with very well kept gardens and a good size salt water pool and several loungers. A large court yard for private parking and a large outdoor BBQ.

Onto the first floor of the property, very large and well maintained, with typical Tuscan decor in the lounge and the kitchen. The kitchen has all the required amenities for a self catering break, leading into a terrace with great views of the countryside. 2 Large bedrooms which were clean and a good size.

Second floor again has 2 large bedrooms and a shared bathrooms, with one of the bedrooms having a very small balcony. The top floor bedrooms did seem to be an after thought when coming to cleaning with a few bugs and cobwebs on the floor and around the lighting.

The only downfall to the break was the villa WiFi did not work throughout the whole holiday, with very little phone signal in that area can be a problem at times.

Overall a brilliant holiday and a great villa and would definitely visit again.

Mooie villa en een vriendelijk ontvangst van de eigenaren. Het plaatsje ligt erg afgelegen en er is in de omgeving niets te doen. Geen restaurants of winkels.
We hadden geen mooi weer en de villa kon niet warmer gestookt worden dan 19 graden, het was koud. S;nachts was het nog veel kouder en de dekbedden / dekens waren oud en veel te dun.
Douchen was ook lastig omdat je 20 minuten moest wachten voordat het water warm was.
Er moest voor het gas extra betaald worden.
Het was voor ons veel te rustig en afgelegen.

Villa Pratovecchio was the perfect place for our family reunion: plenty of room inside and outside the house.
Cooking in the kitchen was easy even with 2 or 3 people cooking at the same time.
It was the first time we rented a house with a saltwater pool and we must say that it is a big plus: the kids didn't complain about burning eyes, we didn't smell like chlorine and the shower to wash off the salt is right next to the pool. The owner really thought of everything!
The location is just off the beaten tourist path: an authentic Tuscan experience. Thank you!!

Nice modern villa in an undiscoverd area of Tuscany, our group of 8 people enjoyed a tranquil holiday in this property. We are part of a trekking club and we decided to explore the National Park of Casentino forests and Villa Pratovecchio was located right in the perfect spot for us. Florence is about 40 km away so this house is also convinient for those who want to explore the more touristic and known side of Tuscany.

Wir waren skeptisch wegen der umliegenden Häuser, die doch ziemlich nahe bei dem Ferienhaus sind. Aber letztlich hat es gar nicht gestört, denn die Terrasse ist so gelegen, dass man ungestört essen kann und auch auch das Schwimmbad liegt nicht zu einsichtig für Nachbarn. Wir empfehlen das Haus weiter.

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Grosses Haus, schöner Garten, schnell im Ort zu Fuss: vom konnte jeder machen was er wollte. Perfekt, wenn man mit vielen unterschiedlichen Leuten unterwegs ist. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett. Hier kann man sehr gut einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen!

Bella casa, pulita e spaziosa all'interno e recintata all'esterno che era molto comodo con nostri cani. Grazie che era possibile portarli tutti e due (per eccezione). Ci siamo veramente rillassati.

Very nice villa , owners were super and offered a lot of assistance and advice ... even drove us to local restaurant on first day... and picked us up ! Garden and outside area very up to date and kept clean each morning by owners who lived across the road in case we needed anything!
Parking very secure .. lots of space ... very easy walk to town for lovely range of restaurants and small local shops and bars !
Good places nearby for visits but a wee bitty distinct for a few towns , however motor ways were easy .
Kitchen was fine, bathrooms were okay for us.
Best bit were the owners who looked after us so well and left us in peace in the sun toooo!
Never even saw the lady down the stairs much as this was a very private home .

We spent 7 days of absolute rest in a calm and perfect environment. The house is clean with a well tended gardena and a nice pool. The owner is very nice and everything was in line with the website. We recommend this property to those that enjoy resting, walking, nature, and excellent food and wine.

Wir hatten eine schöne Osterwoche in dieser Villa. Der Empfang war nett, die Villa ist sauber und gemütlich,; in den Ort kann man zu Fuss gehen. Es war genau der richtige Ort für uns. Vielen Dank.
