Hübsche Ferienwohnungen in einem Bauernhaus im Orciatal, nur wenige Kilometer von Montalcino entfernt. Die Panoramalage bietet den Gästen einen herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel. Das Landgut gehört zu einem bekannten Betrieb, der den sehr berühmten Wein Brunello produziert. Es wurde jüngst mit ursprünglichen Materialien renoviert, um die ehemaligen architektonischen Besonderheiten zu erhalten. Sehr bequeme und gemütliche Einrichtung mit Originalmöbeln in rustikalem Stil. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist auf 1km nicht asphaltiert.
Entfernungen:Montalcino mit Geschäften 4 Km, Pienza 20 Km, Siena 38 Km, Montepulciano 50 Km, Grosseto 55 Km.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste: 3 Hektar großer Garten mit Panoramaterrasse und Schwimmbad (5x14 m- Höchsttiefe 1,6 m – geöffnet vom 01/05 bis 30/09), Außendusche (Kaltes Wasser), Umkleidraum und Bad mit Dusche (warmes Wasser), gemauerter Grill, kostenlose Waschküche. Jede Wohnung ist mit Alarmanlage, wohnungseigene Heizanlage und Haartrockner versehen.
Extra Services im Preis inbegriffen:Wäschewechsel unter der Woche (mittwochs)
Extra Services: Kinderbett für € 70,-/pro Woche (vor Ort zu zahlen). Verkauf von Wein aus eigener Herstellung.

Great location. Large space. Good air conditioning. Handheld shower in the main bathroom lacked a ‘hook’ to hang it on. The kitchen could use a few more utensils including tools for the grill. Nice pool.
Men vilket hus, lägenhet. Toppen med tanke på att vi var 6 stycken och behövde sovrum för fyra, så detta var toppen. Fint inuti, trevlig uteplats på en liten avsats. Alla tillbehör finns om man vill göra frukost, lunch middag i huset, bara åka till affären och handla. Pool med solsängar och solstolar, stort område runt om poolen. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hus om man vill vara lite privat och kan köra bil och ta sig lite runt om.
Posto incantevole,casa accogliente, molto pulita. Eravamo in 6 e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti direi da 5 stelle ????

Ho prenotato L’alloggio per trascorrere 3 giorni insieme alla mia famiglia, per un totale di 7 persone. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, accogliente e in un contesto meraviglioso. La piscina e la possibilità di organizzare barbecue sono plus che contribuiscono a rendere Il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglierei l’esperienza!
Amazing stay. Beautiful and spacious cottage right in the middle of a winery. Great vineyard views from the yard. Overall, couldn't ask for more.
We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Montalcino! Het is een magistraal pand met een fijn zwembad en prachtige uitzichten. We zouden zelf niet meer zo snel een huis zonder airco boeken rond deze tijd. Ondanks de dikke muren was het echt te heet ‘s nachts, met name voor de kleine kinderen.

Perfect stay in the middle of winecountry. The house is well equiped, quiet and clean. With views over amazing countryside and a very nice pool. Perfect.

la casa si trova in mezzo alle vigne di moltalcino e gode di una vista memorabile. La casa si presenta rustica ma curata e gli spazi sono ben organizzati. la piscina all'esterno è un toccasana nei giorni più caldi. consigliato anche per la cordialità del personale dell'azienda.

The apartment is just amazing, the pool is great and what a view on Montalcino!!!! Very quite ( we had the privilage and were the only guests), spacious rooms, great common space. And you have to go to Caparzo for wine tasting! Obligatory!:) really a hidden gem of Tuscany. 100% recommended.
Ottima location. La struttura è fornita di tutti i comfort. Pulizia ottima. Ottima, cordiale e calorosa l’accoglienza. La proprietà è sempre disponibile e risolutiva in tutte l esigenze. Vacanza perfetta e rilassante. Piscina sempre pulita. Sicuramente ritornerò con molto piacere e molto presto.
Accoglienza (con possibilità di degustazione ottimi vini e bottiglia in omaggio al check in), location, servizi, pulizia, piscina... Tutto eccezionale! Giornate indimenticabili, torneremo.
Il soggiorno al Podere è stato eccezionale. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, la posizione della villa immersa nei vigneti lascia senza parole e la piscina ne è il valore aggiunto. Unica pecca, anche se non ha creato disagi, è stata la mancanza del Wi-Fi.
Once again, we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is perfectly located amongst the vineyards in Montalcino and is quiet and comfortable.
Excellent location, wide and clean apartment. Staff has been very kind. Due to bad weather didn 't use the pool. Only problem: no wi-fi. Nowadays quite strange.
Overall we had a lovely stay a Brunello. Lots of day trips to explore from this central location just below Montalcino. Must book a wine tasting with them . Allesandra and Alexsandra were fantastic tour guides and provided us with a fabulous lunch with wine tasting!!
Great place in the middle of the Montalcino vineyards. Comfortable appartment, frendly and helpful staff. Don't miss the visit to the winery!

My husband and I had a wonderful week in the charming farm-
house with the most spectacular wiew to the winefields and to Montalcino- the standard of the house was very fine it was
wellfunctioning and clean as wel was the area round the house and the pool.Only we should have liked a little better and bigger frying pan to prepare the very good t-bone steaks and more.
We will especially remember the most fantastic help and kindness from the owner of the property Andrea . The way he helped us and his hospitality in all ways cold not be emphasizid enough.
This wonderfull place we will surely return to and recommend.
