Alles super!

Excellent, well built villa with a good layout and high quality equipment including barbecue. Lovely, well maintained swimming pool too. Perfect setting with everything you need for a relaxing summer holiday 10 minutes or less walk away. Nearest taverna 3 minutes walk (Rokka) lovely food and very friendly. The villa owner was also friendly and efficient and on time for our arrival and departure.

I expected to have enough toilet paper, hand and body soap, and minimum equipment for the kitchen (only one pot and pan). Few glasses for 9 people). A minimum quantity for dishwasher and washing machine (I had to buy also salt and rinse aid) etc.. Too expensive without all these things.

The villa is self-catering, and we apologize for the dishwasher salt being missing.We will make sure to better stock the kitchen equipment.

We were two families with four adults and two teenagers renting the house for one week in July. We especially liked that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom and the modern style. It is walking distance to everywhere, restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful beach. Only thing we missed was some nice lounge furniture to hang out in in the evening.

It was a very nice house with at a convenient walking distance from supermarkets, other stores, restaurants and the beach. We would have appreciated an awning over the sliding doors leading out from the living room area to be able to create shade, in addition to the parasols that were there. Also, plastic glasses (re-usable) for use around the pool area would seem like a good idea to avoid shattered glass in and around the pool.

Fantastic little villa right in Agia Marina, close to everything! Easily catered to our large group. Very clean, comfortable, cosy. My only feedback is that there is nowhere to hang towels in the bathrooms

Wir waren mir sieben Leuten in der Villa und haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war super hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar. Die Tavernen in der Umgebung waren auch erste klasse. Gerne wieder

This villa was very well appointed with comfortable beds, very nice bathrooms and a large living space. The location was ideal - took about 7 mins to leisurely stroll to the beach. It was a sandy beach with beautiful clear water and lots of nice beach bars and tavernas. Tavernas and restaurants literally a 2-3 minute stroll away and yet the villa felt peaceful.
The owner was extremely accommodating. When I asked for a recommendation for a private boat trip company he basically organised it all for me and we had such a lovely time. It’s this sort of hospitality that really makes a holiday.
Tips - turn right when coming out the villa and follow the road up to the wonderful collection of tavernas there. These have a different ambience to those along the seafront and were our favourites.
Gorgona restaurant rent 2 x sunbeds all day for 8 euros (4 per bed).

Lovely villa in a great location. The owner was very helpful and on hand 24/7. Only a couple of small things - I would have expected bin liners to have been provided as the villa wasn’t serviced all week and the cash deposit is rather uncomfortable and doesn’t really sit well.

Logement très bien situé à Agia Marina. Plage accessible à pieds sinon 3 min en voiture. La maison était très propre et très bien équipée avec des matériaux et des accessoires de qualité. Literie et serviettes de bain impeccables. Idéale pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis en Crète.

Very nice accommodations, quick response and much help from the representative at the villa whom is very nice.
You can enjoy the entire day at the pool and have a barbecue in the evening, or walk a short distance to the beach and enjoy swimming in the sea, plenty of restaurants nearby , and supermarkets within walking distance.

rès bonne expérience, j’ai passé un bon séjour. Le seul problème est que le propriétaire a tenté de retirer de l’argent de la caution pour une baie vitrée qui était cassée mais que nous n’avons jamais ouvert durant le séjour, la fissure était probablement déjà présente donc il est important de bien faire le tour des lieux en arrivant pour éviter ce genre de soucis. À part ça, la villa était fidèle aux photos, nombreux équipement (sèche cheveux, machine à laver, four, grill pain, etc). À proximité de la plage et de pas mal de restaurants. Autres bémols la piscine était légèrement froide en ce mois d’Avril nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner. Je recommande tout de même !

Very clean and modern villa, I recommend it to everyone. We really liked the location, close to many good taverns and the beach, a great starting point for exploring Crete.

Just perfect for our needs. Convenient location close to centre and beach. Lovely villa well maintained and clean.

The villa is situated on a quiet road that does get the odd car driving past. It is a 5 min walk to the beach and there are endless tavernas to walk to (1-5 mins). Additionally there is a bus stop a 2/3 minute walk away. The villa itself is nice and modern inside, with a lovely pool to laze around. We had a couple of things that needed attention, however, the owner came out within an hour or so. Communication was great. All in all, we had a great stay - make sure that you visit Samaria Gorge and Balos Lagoo

What a fantastic villa. Best place we have ever stayed. Amazing facilities, space and great location plus top service from the owner.

We were 7 people . We had a very nice week in villa Ampelia. We can recommand this for everyone who watts to go to Agia Marina.

Es macht grundsätzlich Spass in dieser Villa wohnen zu dürfen. Sie ist 30 Minuten vom Flughafen Chania entfernt und in ein paar Minuten sind diverse Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Fantastische Unterkunft für zwei Familien. Reibungslose und freundliche Abwicklung.
Können die Villa Ampela zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Veldig bra beliggenhet, nærme det meste. Kort vei på strand, matbutikk og resturanter. Ligger skjermet for seg selv. Fikk ekstra senger, barneseng og barnestol på forespørsel.

Super schöne Villa, sauber, Modern, alles da was mann braucht. Der Aufenthalt war super schön, alles verlief schnell und problemfrei. Das nächste mal würde Ich auch gerne wieder mein Aufenthalt in der Villa Ampela buchen. :)
